Invoices are sent to your email each month. If you cannot find them or need additional copies, please send us an email at support@realtybloc.ca, and we will promptly provide you with all the invoices you require.

We will respond with a cancellation form for you to complete, sign, and return to us. Once we receive your signed form, your services will be discontinued starting from the next billing month. Monthly payments begin the first of the month following your website’s launch. For example, if your website goes live at any time in April, your first monthly payment will be charged on May 1st. This ensures you have full access and time to settle in with your new site before the billing cycle starts.

To update or change your credit card information for monthly payments, you can easily do so from the invoice you receive via email. Click the “Pay by Card” button in the email, enter your new credit card information, and select “Save My Card” to confirm the changes. If you prefer, you can also contact our support team directly to assist you with updating your card details.

Each of our pricing packages is structured to meet your specific needs, comprising an initial setup fee and a monthly fee. The setup fee covers all design and functionality aspects necessary to create a personalized and effective website. The monthly fee includes ongoing expenses such as web hosting, IDX integration, and support services to ensure your website remains operational, efficient, and up-to-date. To enable MLS® search functionality on your website, you’ll need to complete and submit a “MLS® Reciprocity License Agreement” form to your Real Estate Board. Here’s how to proceed:
Obtain the Form: You can request this form from your office. If you need it resent, please contact us and we will provide it to you.
Fill Out the Form: When completing the form, please list “RealtyBloc Solutions Corp” as the Developer name and use support@realtybloc.ca for the developer contact email.
Submit the Form: Once filled out, forward the form to your managing broker who will then submit it to the Real Estate Board on your behalf.
