We take into account all aspects of the website design, including color combinations, font styles, choice of photos, etc. to ensure that the website is a seamless transcendence of the REALTORS® themselves. Not only show, depending on the REALTORS® clientele base, we will tailor the functionality of the website to match that of their clients’ needs.

Many REALTORS® are here for a website to build and promote their brand, and it’s our duty to make a website that fully represents and showcases their brand in the best way possible.

We host all of our websites by using a dedicated cutting-edge base server, which means high security, fast speed and constant backup of your website data.

Aside from having your listings automatically pulled via IDX, we highly encourage all REALTORS® to manually upload their listing onto their website, so they can add all the additional marketing materials available (ie. feature sheets, floor plans, matterport, videos, etc.) This is considered one of the best practices as it’s great for your website’s SEO*!

We provide tutorials and training sessions upon the launch of your website so you can learn how to easily add your listing in less than 10 minutes!

Yes! We want to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible, which is why we transfer the most important content from your old website to your new one at no extra charge*.

Depending on the package you select, delivery times may vary, but the general delivery time is 6-8 weeks

All of our websites comes with a one-time payment fee for creating the website and then a monthly fee. For all our packages, we require an initial deposit of 60% upfront, and the remaining balance prior to the launch of your website.

Monthly fees will be charged the first day of the month after the website is live. This fee includes hosting, technical support, customer service, backups and maintenance, and IDX (reciprocity), along with automatic platform updates.
